How do I create a drop down menu for each scent under my lotions so customer can chose their option?

I have 5 different lotions in my Lotion category and cannot figure out how to get a drop down menu so that customers can add whichever scent they want in whatever quantity they wish.

I had a store and the online website previously and had to close my store for the past year to relocate and am attempting to republish  but the drop down menu that was there before is now gone and I cannot  figure out how to recreate it.
