Error : This site can’t provide a secure connection

Hi everybody. I started a Professional Plan on Weebly last month to make our lab's website. After following all the instructions, our domain provided by our school was eventually connected to the website, as shown in the notification below.

However, I have waited for 5 days after this notification, but still cannot access to our website. When I try doing that, I get the error below.

I tried on different browsers including Chrome, Firefox, Safari, but got no success. I sent emails to Weebly Support Team 2 times but they didn't reply, so I posted here to ask for help. Thank you very much!

I escalated your issue to our Ecom specialists and there were able to push the SSL through. Your website is now secured !

Hi I am having this issue also 

Paying for the plus subscription and using the sub domain provided by square until the finish the account review from a while ago but when I publish it says the SSL protocols are not secure can this be fixed?
