The new editor only has two layout options for the footer at this time. You can use the "copyright" text field to enter the information you need. Click on the footer, then click on the text to edit it. You can add quite a few lines of text just by hitting the enter button each time you need to add a new line.
The new editor does not use themes, but you can change the look of the site by adding, deleting, or rearranging the sections into blocks. It is a bit more limited design-wise, but gives more option for ecommerce options.
Will the site be used as an online store, or is it more of an information-only site?
