Weebly support non-existent, need help with removing page element

Disappointed how bad Weebly's support has become, I hope someone can help me here?

On my website www.soundpianoservices.com I have a Calendly booking button that I want to get rid of, but I can't see it in the page editor. (It's not a button from the weebly page editor)

I must have inserted a bit of html code somewhere, but I can't find this to remove it. 

Any ideas please?

There are a few places to check to remove that:

1. In the website editor, go to Settings > SEO > Header Code and see if you added something there.
2. Also in the editor, go to the Pages tab, click on the page where you see it, then check the header code field for the page in SEO Settings.
3. Have you added any apps from the App Center? You can check in Settings > My Apps in the website editor to see if you connected to an app.
