Header Upload Won't Complete

We're having issues uploading new headers to our pages.  We can select > Upload Image > Upload photo from your computer, select, crop and customize, etc.  When we select save (Save to this page only), it just shows the loading icon and spinning wheel and... nothing.  It never finishes loading no matter if we leave it for a minute or 10 minutes.

This issue has gone on for two days now.  We've tried multiple computers, clearing the cache, restarting the internet and computer, and different browsers (first Chrome, the Firefox) with no results.

Is there anything we can do to remedy this?

Hi all. Thanks for reaching out. This error is coming up for users on the older, retired themes. We have filed a bug with our engineers, however, I highly suggest updating your site to a newer, responsive theme as you may run into other issues in the future. Before changing your theme from Theme>Change Theme, please make a copy of your site and practice switching themes on the copy site. This will give you an idea of how much time it will take you to complete your edits. To make a copy of your site, click the three dots to the right of Edit Site on the main dashboard. 

Again, we have filed a bug, however we are not able to provide an ETA on a resolution. One thing to note, the error is only occurring with images larger than 100kb.
