Trouble with verifying Weebly site

Hello, I am having trouble verifying my Weebly site on Google, to the extent I have a new plucked hairdo!

I have tried to follow all of the advice (I think), both on Weebly and on Google, but to no avail.

I have the Google verification code, have gone back to Domains on my Weebly login page and clicked on my website, edit - but I don't have the 'DNS records' section appear - instead, it takes me wanting me to customise my domain address.

Therefore, is this something you cannot do unless you upgrade onto a plan? Or am I simply on the wrong page?

I have continue to try and play around to get it to work, but to no avail - I am just not technically minded enough.
