Hi @sjmcgon 👋

Can you please post a link to the page on your site showing large font? Are you using the iPad in portrait or landscape mode?

Hi Bernadette,

Here's a screen shot of the homepage. Looks like the ipad is in portrait mode. The ipad is about 3 years old and 6th generation.

I also have a video of the ipad owner scrolling down to show the whole page. But I don't know how to attach the file.

Thanks for any advice.

You can check to see the font size for the header section by logging into the site editor from a desktop or laptop, and clicking Theme > Font Options.

If you are unable to edit the sections to show up the way you like on both large and small screens, please have a look at the Hide app here. A lot of users find this app helpful when running into display issues.

Hi again, Bernadette. Did you get an email from me within the last 5 minutes? When I pressed post, I received an error message.

I'll retype, just in case you did not receive it.

The problem is not in the header section.

The problem of giant-sized font appears for only 1 user, so far, when using an ipad, 6th generation. It only appears on the lower section of the homepage (this section has links to 14 sites).

I looked at the Hide app but I don't believe it will solve my issue. I'm not trying to hide anything.

I look forward to your guidance.

Sandra
