Hi,
I'm having a problems with Google Analytics - there is a duplicated tags in the website. Google Analytics support told me that this is the problem.
Now I have completely removed my own Google Analytics code, but when checking with Google Tag Assistant, it still finds some unknown (not mine) tag.
Could anyone help me? How could I remove this tag, that mine would be recognised correctly?
Thank you.

Hi @dom3 I believe that is our tag, but as far as I know there is not a way to remove it. It shouldn't impact your own site analytics, though.

Thank you for your reply.
I've got this answer from Google Support:
It says that my own tag is correct, but yours is incorrect. That is ok, however this is their suggested reason why my Google Analytics doesn't track visitors. And obviously, they won't support me further until this has been fixed.
I assume that at least some other clients should be using Google Analytics successfully.
Any ideas why it's not working in my case?
Thank you!

Can you find out from them which tag is not working? It's not clear from their response if the faulty tag is one we add to all sites, or the one that you added.
