Freshchat Live Messenger in Weebly Website

Hi, I am trying to add a "Freshchat" live messenger JavaScript code snippet to my weebly website, inserted it in the Header but nothing happens

Previously I am using Bitrix24 live messenger ( i inserted the code in header too) but it works well.

Could anyone please enlighthen me on this?

Sometimes code does not work in the editor. Have you tried to publish and check it out on the live site? Can you please post a link to the site as well? Since it is third party code we may not be able to help but we can take a look.

Actually the code is something like this

Did you add that to the header code field for a specific page, @TonyC? I didn't see it in Settings > SEO > Header Code or in the header code field for your home page.

Yes previously I did add the code in my home page under the HEADER CODE but it seems not working. I did try to use other code for other web live chat but it works well.

I just aded it back again, but the live chat doesn't pop up
