Cannot publish my weebly site

I just finished my webstie and when i try to publish it says verify your account but its not sending me an email or link.

I'm having the same problem. I emailed for help and they just told me I needed to add more to my site before it can be published. This doesn't make sense to me because how can I save my changes to be published if I can't publish?
