301 redirect to a URL with an extension (e.g., domain.com/contact)

Many of the pages on our old site show in google in this format:

www.vapld.info/home/employment

www.vapld.info/community/donations

www.vapld.info/kids/homework-help

Is there a way I can set up 301 redirects for these? Nothing i have tried so far seems to work.

A couple of notes about the 301s.

If there is a page that matches what you put into the redirect, the redirect will be removed, silently.

All pages on Weebly are automatically pushed to the .html verison. "http://something.weebly.com/myblog" will automatically be redirected to "http://something.weebly.com/myblog.html"
