301 redirect for existing pages

Hello folks, 

is there a way to do set up 301 redirects for existing pages in Weebly? I have still old and deprecated pages in the Google index which I want to redirect to the new according category pages in order to transfer their page rank power for SEO. 

Is there a way to do this or do I have to delete these pages first and then set up the redirect?

Hi Adam, thanks for your quick response.

I know the weebly redirect tool, however it doesn't allow me to redirect old but still existing pages like http://www.nomadenmoebel.com/bett.html to up-to-date category pages. 

So do I need to delete these pages first and then redirect them? Because I only can redirect pages which do no longer exist in my weebly project.
