Promote for Designer Platform

Does the Promote App have rollout date to be added to the designer platform ?

Hope soon .... Come on Weebly Designer Platform Team .. get this app in to the designer platform its a no brainer upgrade sell to my clients ... frustrating that i have to go outside of weebly to do email campaigns when the product is right there.
