Hi,
I have recently made some changes in my website http://www.prakrutianukruti.com and since then facing difficulties in accessing site on mobile devices. I checked with IOS as well as Android devices. Some of the pages are not opening as well as unable to scroll through the content.
Can you please check?
thanks & regards,
Sarang

I think the widget that adds the Facebook icon might be causing some trouble. I couldn't dismiss the cookie popup for that reason.
Could you try removing that and re-publishing to see if that helps?

That's pretty strange, @rathbundesigns. Can you provide a link to the page of your site where that link is?

this is the webpage that has the link on it, the button says "get started".
This is the link that the page should be going to.

It looks like Facebook uses a different link for the mobile view. https://m.facebook.com/Masks-by-Rathbun-Designs-220863592594516/photos/?tab=album&album_id=274148683...
You could add some additional text to your instructions i.e. For mobile view click Here. And insert the mobile link as hypertext. To link, simply highlight the word or phrases you wish to use and click the link icon on the left. Select "external link" and copy/paste the mobile url.

I think this is because you have an extra DNS record, @Kristinne. If you remove the record shown in red and give it some time to propagate, it should resolve that for you.

Hi @work-life Your site is loading on mobile for me. Did you recently register the domain name, or recently enable SSL?

I have removed and re added my header
Nothing has worked - Please can you give me some ideas on what might be causing this? and how i might solve it.
Thanks!
