I have been unable to create a blog post. I can get the blog bulder to come up but when I drag the elements, Title, Text box, Photo, etc. nothing happens. It dissappears. When i try to close it it says i have a unpublished post do I want to save it as a draft. I have uninstalled, updated, emailed support and no response. If I go to the web browser on my phone and use the "View as desktop site" option it works, but that defeats the point of the mobile app. I'm looking at changing to another host if I can't get this to work as promised. Anybody have any clues?

Sorry to hear you are having trouble with the mobile app, @Reusinbysusan. Are you using iOS or Android? Is this a new issue that just started to happen for you, and if so, when was the last time you were able to successfully create and publish a blog post? Thanks!

I'm using android. A Galaxy s10. It's been a while since I created a post on mobile. I've updated and uninstalled. I've tried on 2 different phones and one tablet. It won't work on any of them.

Thanks for posting the device model. When you drag the element onto the open blog post do you see the blue line highlight? I noticed on my device (LG) that if I try to drag/drop the first element too quickly nothing happens. Once I have a couple elements added I can quickly add them. Not sure if this is a bug, but I can check with the Android team.

I just realized I think I responded to your app review just now. I'm looking for a support ticket, but I don't see anything that was sent from the email on file. Did you receive a case number? I can try to pull the ticket and then we can get permission from you to update the password for the account so we can try from a Galaxy device in the office.
