I would love to "show off" my Weebly site... but I can't find it! I spent days getting it ready to publish! Then poof! It was gone! I can get to my free account which is how I upgraded it but it says I have no paid account. I emailed support@weebly.com and received an email back that stated that they don't take support emails at support@weebly.com. Whaaat??? Maybe the email should then be called NOsupport@weebly.com!! So they said to go to help.weebly.com for immediate answers through a live chat............ well, I got the stupid type in an issue page AGAIN and guess what... NO CHAT TO BE SEEN!!!!! I have the email receipts, they took the money out of my account, they list my domain name, but it is no where to be found! I cannot find help anywhere. I just go in circles. I can't even cancel my account because I can't find it. When I go to another provider it says my domain name is still available. Sorry to bomb your thread but I just want to find a real live person to talk to.

Hi @Mia234 It's not possible to import or convert a third party site to Weebly. You would need to rebuild the site from scratch using our editor.
