transfer a site to a new owner
I helped create a site for my HOA but need to pass off the ownership to the board now since the invoices are coming to me intead of them.

Is this the only site in your account, ? If so, the easiest thing to do then is go to your account page, click on Edit Profile, and update the email address and password for the account. You can also remove your own personal billing information if needed while you're there:

I have the same question but I have 3 of my own sites but created a new site for a friend on my own account. Now I have created his new site I want to transfer it to him so he can edit it himself etc.
How do we do this?

criths, file a support ticket explaining the site you want to move and the email address we should create the new account with (we cannot move sites between existing accounts). Be advised that stores and products do not transfer over. Once you file the ticket, feel free to message me here with the ticket number to expedite it for you.
