remove old uploaded files

I would love to know how to delete old uploads without having to contact weebly.  Thanks.

Welcome, @AndreaKT! Thanks for making your first post.

To delete files you need to delete the element that you originally used to upload them. If you can't do that for some reason (like if you deleted the page that had the element on it), then our support team will need to delete them for you. Are those the only five you need deleted? I can take care of that for you if it's just these files.

I actually recently noticed the same issue. Google found a pdf uploaded of an old portfolio and i can't find where it was on my old website

I have since move my site to another platform due to design constraints, but before fully transferring i need to clean up the weebly footprint. wink.

Adam, hi. What do you mean by "To delete files you need to delete the element that you originally used to upload them". I'm working as a contributor on a site and I never uploaded the PDFs that they asked me to take down. I've looked at all the buttons and their Settings and none of them hyperlink to either of the 2 PDFs. My client thinks that the files were removed, but I really can't tell. Meanwhile the author is sending us cease and desists.

FYI, here are the URLs for the 2 files in question:

I really wish I could view and manage my own uploaded files on our Weebly site.

This one must be from a page that no longer exists.  Could you please delete this upload?

Also, is it possible to be sent a list of all of our present uploaded files?  I'd like to be able to do some cleanup and make sure outdated info isn't "out there" online.  I'm not sure why uploads that were on a since-deleted page still show up when someone does a search.
