Website hacked/bug problem please help...

Dear Weebly,

For a while there is a bug problem with my website and Weebly nows that already. This was theire answer:

"The problem you're describing has already been identified as a bug and is being investigated by our engineering team. I don't have an ETA for when they'll have the issue fixed, but someone will follow up with you as soon as we have an update.

I'm very sorry you've run into this problem, and thanks for your patience while our team works to get this resolved."

They are working on it was the last answer I get. But today when visitors upload my website they saw a rare pop up from microsoft edge. I will send you a printscreen from it and we checked it on more computers.

Please I hope you can help me fast and that the bug problem will also be resolved!!

I was always happy with Weebly for years, but like everybody I need a good working safe website!
Thank you and Best wishes,

Same problem. This morning my web site displays this login message. I'm using macOS and both Safari and Chrome display this login. Chrome incognito does the same.

Not amused. At all.

This is not directly a Weebly issue. Issue is with Waddons apps. They have server issues which are being resolved. Should be in the next 36 hours Smiley Sad

Thanks Becothy. Didn't realize installing an add-in introduced a dependency on a 3rd-party developer's hosting infrastructure--that's actually good to know. I uninstalled their add-in, and the problem goes away.

Yup. I've been emailing Waddons. They are aware and are solving the issue. Its going to take around 24-36 hours though (hopefully sooner). I can't really uninstall their apps as they are pretty much used all over my site (UI kit, sliders and headers etc) so i'm banking on they sort it sooner rather than later! They are really trying to sort it as fast as possible, but looks as though they are waiting for wuildit to sort it (server issue from what I gather), so they are sort of in the same boat as us.

Weebly are also aware, so i'm pretty sure they'll be apply some pressure to get it fixed.

All we can do is wait!

Hell yeah its a Weebly problem, its their subcontractor (Waddons), fully integrated in their engine, so its their problem for sure!!

Sorry for the trouble, @Sonkunst and @robkerr, and thanks for replying to this @Becothy. It sounds like Waddons has already figured it out and made a fix, so it should start working normally pretty quickly.

So uninstalling the Waddons app and reinstalling it after wards will do the trick? I saw on their website that they wont ask for new payment when you reconnect the app??

Deleting or uninstalling would definitely fix it; as for the payment aspect that would be a better question for Waddons.
