I have been trying to upload a video for a few days. It seems to stop 1/4 way. I have tried a few times.

I have change the file name to be 3 letters no spaces, refresh the page, re added the HD element and vid no uploading, bar is empty.

File is mp4.

Hi.

First make sure you have no spaces in video name. But I'd recommend getting in touch with support directly if you haven't already, as they'll be able to check on the file and go through a test upload with you to work out what's happening.
