Title Tags on Background Images loaded through CSS

Okay, so I know when you load an image to the page you can edit the alt tag which is great. However, when you are doing a design with mostly background images as part of sections you don't have access to edit the title tag of those images because they are loaded through css and you can't access the direct HTML to add the title to the div.

Does anyone know how to handle this or are we out of luck for now? I didn't find any requests for this to upvote. Anyone know of any other way? I titled the images as Jpeg files correctly before loading them but again it doesn't seem to show or apply that to them unless I am just reading the code wrong.

Depending on how the images are used there might not be an ALT tag to edit (if they're being applied via CSS, for example). If you'd like that as an option you can post it on our Vote on Features board, though:
