Product image cut off

Hi

Im having a fustrating issue with product images.  No matter how much i reduce the size of the file the image is cut off at the top.  When i add the image it looks fine and doesnt seem as if anything is cut off but when i go on the website the photo is cropped off at the top.  Is there a way to edit photos in weebly?

I have to be honest im so unhappy with the limitations in weebly.  I should be able to edit photo size and ratio while adding/editing photos, not guessing and having to go to the website to see how it looks only to take all the photos down and re-add it again constantly as a trial and error.

I've search the weebly community and the only thing i found was the ration should be 4:3 . I've tried that and it didnt help i think it actually made it worst.

Hi @EllyB Sorry for the frustration. There's a ratio setting for the item description page under Store>Settings>General, but you can also change the aspect ration for the sections on your website. Open the editor and click on an image for one of the sections (for example, Featured Items) then click Item Images on the left and change the ratio. For you images, I believe you would want to use 3:4

I’m looking to edit the product image in item library. Your suggestions seem to be for the home landing page but does this work for product image in inventory?

Sorry for the confusion. I kind of rushed past the first part. You can set the image ratio for the actual item page (with the add to cart button) by clicking Store>Settings>General.
