Negative margin on an individual image.

Hello! I'd like to make an image align with the top edge of my site to make it look like it is coming out of the edge. I have a paralax effect with a background and would like to keep that. Can I have a negative margin on the image and push it up all the way to the edge? Or remove padding, margins? Any other ideas would be great!
