I had to upgrade my square online store in order to use a domain i already own. Unfortunatly im not satisfied with how square doesnt allow alot of app integrations and im limited on what i need for my site. I would like to cancel and get refunded for the remaining months i have left in the yearly plan.

Thanks for your post, @SydneyB. Unfortunately, your upgrade is outside of our 30-day refund policy and we do not provide pro-rated refunds. If you want to cancel, I could remove the service and add credits to your account for the time remaining, though.

thanks for the quick response. What can credits be used for? anything with square ie marketing, ect. or would this be just for weebly products?

Credits can be used for upgrading the website only, so if you wanted to upgrade the a site to a paid plan again in the future they would apply to that.
