I need to create a form and charge a submission fee

How do I create a form that I can charge a submission fee for, without using paid apps? I already have the Small Business and Stores Plan.

Did you want someone to pay to submit information through the form, @Nanzer? I think the only way you could do that now would be to make a product and use text input options. That won't have any input validation, though, other than being required input.
