How to Verify Account? I already got Verification code but nowhere to put it

I already got verification code through Cell Phone but when i try to verify my account again i found this... i couldn't put my verification code. What should i do? Already send email, how long i should wait to this account can work again?

I didn't come here since few month, and for publishing, the site asks me to contact the assitance to verifie my account too.

ive just finished creating my site i tried to publish it and it says verify account count you verify it for me please

It looks like you have a regular contact form on your site to collect credit card info, @jackmatthews19. That form is not a secure way to get billing info from customers; if you want to have people purchase products from your site you should set up a checkout provider in Store > Setup > Checkout, that way the information is collected securely. 

Regarding the verification to publish, there isn't really enough content yet to manually verify. When you get more completed, let our Customer Success team know and they can take another look.
