How do I use external page to link to PDF stored on website?

I feel silly asking this question as I have this working on a website of mine right now but can't remember how I did it! I need to use an external page that links to a PDF document that is uploaded and stored on weebly/my website.  See my site below:  Navigation - Strategic Plan (Non-Clickable Menu Page) - Strategic Plan 2016-2018 (External Page) that links and launches a .pdf that is stored on my weebly website's domain, not an external domain. For the life of me I can't remember how I did this.  Thanks for the help!

Looks like you copied the URL of the PDF file from the page you added it to, then used that URL with the "External Page" option on the Pages tab.
