How do I get a refund?

I have a site called naturally buzzed honey, this was set up with me and my husband. Jim passed away August 2 and since this was his business I was just a helper how can I get a refund? He was 54 so his life insurance wasnt at maturity so I really need the money. Please let me know what I can do.

Oh, Beth, I'm so incredibly sorry to hear of your husband's passing. My condolences. 

I don't see any recent charges in the account. Did anything process recently?

Thank you very much I miss him daily. Nothing has posted recently, but he paid for two years. I was hoping to get some of the cost back.
