Hello! I currently have the weekly premium, and it is changing me $79 a month for some reason. I want to downgrade it to a personal account, but it won't let me downgrade it. Can anyone please help? Thank you!
Thanks for your post, @branda. I refunded the renewal charge and removed your Premium plan. If you click on an upgrade link you should now see Personal as an option.
