How do I deleate my account?

I am trying to work my way round this website & I am having so much trouble its a joke, I want to either change my store to a blog site or just deleate the bloody thing all together..... Can anyone help? 

I've not had any confirmation email or response to the 'Contact Us' request that was sent

Thanks for posting, @Niamh77. It looks like you account is using a different editor experience which doesn't currently support a blog. Here's what I would recommend:

1. Click on your name on the top right of the dashboard and choose "Account Settings"

2. On your account settings page, click on "Manage Account" to the left

3. On the popup that loads, change your email address to something else (this will free it up for use again)

4. On the same popup, choose the option to deactivate your account

5. Once that is all completed, go to our homepage and sign up again

6. Choose the option that you don't want to sell online

That should get you the more traditional editor experience which includes blog options.
