How do I add a PNG mask over a video.

Hello,

I am trying to add a PNG mask over a background video, to reduce the visual pixelation and create a sense of texture.

An example of what I want is at my current site, I built with Adobe Muse:

My Weebly site is at:

 I figure I will need to add the .PNG as an asset and add some CSS to place and repeat the image, but I am having real difficulty achieving this.

I have solved this issue with a small edit to the CSS and an addition to the assets folder.

There are many easy way to change the file format if you are using the png of jpg format, you can esily convert it to PDF by using some best tool.
