Google Search: only shows site but no information about the site

Hi

When I search my company's website address on Google, it shows my company's site, but under it is says - no information listed about this company. I don't have the setting on for - hide from search engines. BUt, I think something is still blocking it from publishing the information in the search. If anyone has any information I would appreciate it.

Hi

It's www.learnabilitycb.com When I go to the Google console to get to do a URL search, it says that Google is being blocked by robot.txt from doing a crawl. I have no idea what to do to fix that or in fact if that is what I need to do.

Do you have a search console account? It looks like Google is providing some steps to fix, one of them being a robots.txt tester.

Sorry, wanting to catch up, but you did follow Google instructions and you are still running into the error?
