Can I edit the footer of my site if I have the Connect or Personal plan?

I was just wondering if the weebly ads and watermarks could be removed when i buy the 'Connect' Plan.

Oh and one last thing, can i remove the weebly logo next to my website (chrome tab) and add my own logo?

Hi @Von-Avi 

The Connect (also known as Personal) plan simply allows you to connect an external domain to your website or online store. If you want to remove the Weebly or Square branding you would need to upgrade to any plan higher than that one.

Cannot find the Starter plan.  Found it last week, 8/2019, and purchased for two different clients, but tried to purchase this week for another client and did not see it as an option.  Is it still an option?

Hi @ClientSide I thought I responded to this already, but the Starter plan is no longer an option as we've updated our billing and plan offerings. Any sites still using the Starter service can continue to do so as long as the billing stays active.

Sorry, I might have missed something but, if the Starter plan does not exist anymore, which plan will allow me to get rid of the Weebly banner on my footer and also to chose a favicon?

why my godaddy domain is not connecting to my site connect plan?

Hi @astigDJAllen You don't have a domain connected to the site in your account. Log into the editor and click the Settings tab. Edit the site address and choose the option that says "connect a domain you already own". After you add and save the domain name publish the site for the changes to go live.

with the connect plan are you able to upload more images? The website is saying i ran out of space so i deleted some old photo albums and it still says i dont have space

Hi @kaitielaty The connect plan allows you to connect an external domain name. I've never come across an error that says your site is out of space, though. Can you please post a screenshot of the error you see?

I am also on the connect plan and got the same message about being out of space for pictures. This happened a long time ago though, so I don't have a screenshot. My solution was to upload the photos to a flickr account and then embed the album in my website. This method is fine for my purposes, but I can understand if it is a problem for others.
