Apparantly there is a new problem with the SSL
Hi competent comuters!
My question is about SSL.
A few months ago I did the emailing of my host ( as suggested)and everything seemed to work out.
Now suddenly there is a problem with the ssl (it says it's not safe (?) and I can't attend the site from my mobile browser due to that (?)) .
So I wanted to re-do what I did then, but now when I go to "settings" and "general" there is NO ssl tab?
What's going on up in here?
Thank you for your consideration.
I'm new to internet business, but I am here for it.

Hi, @Kristinne. Thanks for your post!
It looks like you have an extra A record for your root domain, which is pointed to a different IP address:
https://who.is/dns/ravenutrition.com
You should remove that record, then give it a little time to propagate. If you find that it's still insecure after that, let me know and I can try retrying the certificate.

Who do you use as your domain registrar? This should be the company that you are paying for the domain name registration. I see you had originally registered the domain through us, but it doesn't look like it's registered with us now.
