Account got deactivated

My weebly account got deactivated because it said the chargeback on my Starter Plan subscription was not resolved. I was overdue but ended up paying it a month ago, and it just got deactivated this week.

The website was linked to the domain gunnbusiness.com

Can someone help me reactivate it?

It looks like your account was deactivated because we received a chargeback for the renewal of Starter. When that happens we disable the account to protect the cardholder and ourselves, since chargebacks are viewed as fraud by banks and credit card companies. I've reactivated your account, so all you need to do is reset your password, log in, upgrade your site again, and then publish.

Hello I wasn't sure where to type this question. But I also just received an email saying My weebly account got deactivated because of a chargeback on my Starter Plan subscription was not resolved. I was charged multiple times so I told my bank about the unessesary charges but I did pay for the my domain and starter plan. The website associated to the account is jasxsilva.

I hope you can help me out, I would be devastated to have lost my whole site.
