Switching from Google Universal Analytics to Google Analytics 4 - do I modify the Tracking ID?
I am switching to Google Analytics 4 from Google Universal Analytics. Under Tracking in Weebly settings, I'm using my UA Google Analytics Tracking ID number to track e-commerce transactions. I haven't had a sale since adding in GA4 so I can't tell if GA4 will automatically pick up transactions with the UA number. I'm unsure about replacing the UA number with the GA4 tracking ID, because I don't want to inadvertently lose the current analytics.
Do I add the second tracking ID with a delimiter between them? Do nothing? Do something?
Any advice would be appreciated to make this transition as smooth as possible.
Thanks in advance,
Judi

Hi Judi A question like this would probably be best answered by the Google Community or Google directly. Maybe you can try making a zero dollar or low dollar transaction to see if the processed order is picked up.
