Refund request

Hello!

I purchased a professional site/account for $157 less than 2 weeks ago back on 12/5/20, and I haven't even designed/activated/published it yet.  Due to financial complications related to COVID, I will now not be able to move forward with my venture for which I was planning to use your services.  Seeing how I'm well within the 30 day refund period, I am respectually requesting a refund, so I can use that to make ends meet for Christmas presents and upcoming bills.  I was excited to dive in to your website services, and I hate that I have to bail out.  Thank you in advance; I appreciate you consideration.
