Hi Denise. It looks like this issue has been escalated to our advanced support team, although I have not heard of this specific issue affecting any other users. Since your support ticket has already been escalated to the appropriate team we won't be able to provide any other details until the team speaks with advanced support.
Perhaps in the meantime you can create a backup store page by adding the product or category elements to a standard page. Right now your site is using the older store front model, but you can recreate the page using the elements I suggested.
I'll also try to confirm the error you see once my Android device charges.

Hi Bernadette. Still no sign of solution 21 days later. How do I do a back up page? Do you mean to set up a second page with the same categories and products etc, but with a new theme? I had just got a new theme 3 weeks ago to see if it would help sort the problem but it made it worse! Any advice appreciated.

By backup @Bernadette was suggesting that you add a regular page to your site, then add a Products element to it and connect it to all your products, or add a Categories element and connect that with all your Categories. That should get around the issue with the old storefront page.
