Guidelines from a refund
I didn't mean to purchase my domain though Weebly. I wanted to go though a diffrent site please refund my domain cost and my domain privacy cost.
Tommorow I wanted to use a diffrent website, will I still be able to get my domain or what. Also customer chat support is horrid the AI interfact is sending me suggestions how to add dates on calanders when I just want to talk to someone. The phone line's are from 2012 please I need a community manager or admin to help me out.

My new question is how do I point my Weebly Domain to go to my word press domain.

You can edit the dns by clicking the Domains tab from the drop down in the top right corner of the dashboard. https://www.weebly.com/app/help/us/en/topics/manage-dns-records
For clarity, we can cancel and refund a domain within 5 days fo purchase. The domain should return to the pubic registrar right away, but only if we catch it within 5 days. Also, the suggested articles will show when you type your support question but if you scroll to the bottom of the list you will see an additional link to speak with a rep.
