Won't Let Me Upgrade Weebly Site

I am trying to upgrade one of my sites http://brasski.weebly.com/ and I get a message 

• Oops! Please contact your site administrator to access this feature.

I have gone into settings of the other admin account and deleted all administrators except myself (so there is only one adminstrator) and I still get the message.

I have emailed customer support but given some of the changes with weebly/square I want to make sure I post this request in as many places as possible!

The link takes me to .org, not .weebly.com.

Hi @progaing 👋 I also see that the site you posted forwards to a .org website. I'm assuming this means you sorted out the issue. Yes, you are a contributor for the site, but the actual master account is under an email that begins with regradsolutions@@

This is the account that would need to process the upgrade, and based on what I see, this has indeed been updated.
