Old Theme still shows when I change the Theme to somethign different

Hi, I have imported a custom theme but the old theme is still showing and only the navigation bar and header are showing from the custom theme I have imported. How can I fix this. It is the same even when I change to a different weebly-owned theme and not a custom one.

Header and section background images will transfer from theme to theme (like site content). If you don't want these showing on your new theme, you'll need to change the backgrounds to something else, and/or change the page type for your pages to "no header".
