Newbie Website Builder _Background Color Question

Hi,

I am working on setting a Weebly website for a non-profit organization and what I have so far hasn't been published yet, because we want to have something pretty well established before we hit live. We have set up a free Weebly website with 8 pages so far. I'm using a set theme, but I would like to be able to change the background to include the organization's colors. I'm not knowledgable in code, so is there a way to change this or is that in the paid version? Thanks for any help!

If u r using  the std weebly editor  u can add sections to ur site and change the background colour  or even make it an image

U can select any colour    using # followed by 6 numbers:
