New website

After creating a new website I cannot login to edit it. Message reads username or password incorrect. Both were entered correctly so any suggestions as to what to do next? I've tried the option to reset password but got a message saying user id not known.

Hello! Sorry for the stress, it looks like the site isn't on this account. You'll likely want to get in touch with support directly, as they can go over the account details with you and make sure you're set with the correct account, so you can keep on editing.
