How do I ask for a refund for a pro plan but keep the free domain registered ?
Hi,
I've reached out today (December 14th) to the customer service to ask for a refund for 5 pro plans that i've purchased in november. First, second and third ones dating from november 14th, the other ones from 11/21 and 11/22. We are still within 30 days, if I'm not mistaken. As the customer service never got back to me when I emailed them 10 days ago for another concern, I'd prefer to be sure that my message has been seen this time. That's why I'm posting it here !
Also, I would like to transfer the 5 domains that i've registered with those 5 pro plans and use them with another hosting platform in the future. I know there's a 60 days period where I can't do that. And they came "for free" with the pro plans, but what happens to those domains if I cancel those plans ? What's the weebly policy here ?
Thanks for your answer. As I'm in France, there's no direct phone line.
Have a good day all !

Thanks for your post, @Jeremiedache.
Our policy when the domain came free with a site upgrade is to refund everything but the cost of the domain when refunding the site upgrade. If you don't hear back soon I can take care of the refunds for you.
As for your domains, while you wait for the 60 day lock to expire you can update the DNS or nameservers to use a different host. Click on the menu on the top right, click on Domain, then click on a domain to load the management page for the domain. You'll see options to edit the nameservers and DNS records there.
