We wouldn't be able to provide that through Community, though you can log out of the account you are in now and submit an account recovery request to our support team, @afifayusoff.

Hi @msbfarris Your situation is a bit unique, because it appears you have two accounts connected to the same email address.

I recommend editing the email address of the account you are currently logged into so you can change it to a backup email. Once you save the changes you will be able to log out, then log back in with your original email in order to access the other account. 

You can edit the email address from the Account tab in the dashboard.
