I was just wondering how to make a fixed navigation bar for certain parts of my website.
This is very similar to a one page navigation bar but I do not want to change the theme of my website. I would only like some of the options in my navigation bar to go to a certain section of my home page when clicked.

Just found out that it can be done with making anchor links.
Here is how to do that :
https://hc.weebly.com/hc/en-us/articles/203905186-Create-Anchor-Links
In the article, it uses a button as an example of using the anchor links, but instead I would go to the pages tab > add a page as an external url > add your anchor link url.

@NHacks: Great that you found a solution to your problem. But your post title implied that you wanted fixed secondary navigation. With the above method your buttons will scroll - they won't stay fixed. You can make it bit easier for people to reach the 'top' of the page by installing free 'back to top' app in your page.
