Emails I send keep Going to People's Junk

Hi!

Please help. I recently setup a weebly website domain and the Google Mail account. All emails I'm sending to people are landing in their junk. Can you please fix for me? Apparently it may have something to do with the website? Or perhaps in my email signature I list the website so that's why it's going to their junk? I have no idea?

I'm corsarconsulting.com and the email is alicia@corsarconsulting.com

What type of emails are you having trouble with? Are the emails being sent through Promote email marketing, or are you referring to the order confirmation emails?

Hi Bernadette

Thanks for replying. No none of them are promoting marketing or order confirmation emails. They are just manual emails to people. I have been advised that my email is getting straight to their junk. I am unsure if it has something to do with the Website or Google Mail that I setup when I setup my Weebly Website. On my email signature I do include details such as my website as well. 

Can't figure out why it's going to people's junk adhoc. Appreciate if you can have a look into my account and advise if possible?

Thank you for the additional information. If you reach out to the support team, a rep can help you add a record to your MX records that should prevent this from happening. 

You can reach the team by scrolling to the bottom of our Help Center and clicking the contact us button. Once you see the automated chat window try typing something like "speak with a rep" to be directed to the teams available to your account.
