Hi, hoping to get some help. I've been using weebly for my small business for a couple of years now. So far it's been great - really easy to use and edit, even for tech newbies like us. Just a recurring issue though, we've clients who fill up the various forms on our site, and we received it in our email, no issues about that so far. It's just that when we reply them, some feedbacked that they didnt receive any reply and some said it ended up in their junk mail (and who checks junk mail often). So we do lose a bit of business there.

Anyone else experiencing this and has a way around it?

We emailed you guys, but got this response:

"Hi there,

Unfortunately, this is out of our control. This is a setting that they have set up with their email."

Even if there's no way to solve it from Weebly's end, anything I can do on my end when I reply them? Would appreciate your help, thank you!

Ultimately it would be up to the individual box settings, but you can try having them add noreply@weebly.com to their filter settings.
