When clicking the EDIT SITE button to get started, I get a dialog box to complete (Your domain was successfully purchased!)
On completing all info correctly and clicking COMPLETE REGISTRATION, nothing happens!! If I close the box I automatically go back to the SITES page again.

I am having this problem now. I click Complete Registration and it doesn't do anything. If I click on the x it takes me out of the edit mode.

There was a temporary issue with our Registrar yesterday that might have caused trouble for you, @Ida. Can you try again? If you still have trouble let me know.

Are you still having trouble, @Anu? It looks like you were able to register a new domain name today.

Hello Gordy! Have you been in touch with support yet? They should be able to go through it with you step by step.

I tried to register the domain name with ICANN six times and failed. Everytime I try a new domain name, but everytime, the process fails. It says domain name is already taken. After checking my account, I saw that I have been billed $10 fee associated with domain name registeration six times, but the domain name has not been registered yet. Can someone please tell me what is going on?

Hi @Habib123 What is the domain name that you registered? Did you register through the browser or through a mobile app?

Thanks for the info! You are not able to register a domain name with Weebly in the name. However, you can set your site to use a Weebly subdomain if you like. For example, habib-ahmed.weebly.com, and you would just need to set this from the Settings tab in the editor. These domain names are free! Otherwise you can use your domain credit to register a personalized domain like habib-ahmed.com (if it's available)
I verified that all of the charges automatically processed to refund back to your card.
