Weebly reseller login getting 404 error

Hi there

 

As at 11pm on 1 January 2025 EST, we're having an issue which sounds like what happened in May 2024, per a heplful support email I received at the time: "resellers that used a custom domain for the Admin/User Login URL rather than a subdomain being blocked from accessing the editor" 
 
Anyway, we use a custom domain that now gives us a 404 error so we can't log in to edit. And we love to edit using Weebly 🙂 
 
Can you please let your engineers know and resolve this - I suspect it will be affecting a lot of reseller sites etc. Because none of them can log in to edit, and we have 450+ etc, I am sure other resellers will be having the same issue.

Since you have 450+ resellers that could potentially be affected, I invite you to contact Weebly support by email directly. They'll have access to your account information (which we don't on this platform), be able to file a ticket and escalate your case to our engineering team. 

 

And don't worry, a lot of our teams are still working this week, or will be back this coming Monday !

Hi there, I hope you are well - do let me know if you need any further explanation of the issue. We're really keen to edit again, but appreciate raising this on 2 January isn't the easiest time of year. Thanks so much, I'm on the forum watching should you need me to clarify the issue. Thanks!
